it’s either pinoys are really hard headed or just plain stupid to risk their lives crossing the street even though the warning sign is so hard to miss… and just a few meters away is a pedestrian footbridge.
Notice the kids in the picture? I wonder why the parents of those kids allow them to make that island as their playground (sometimes the number of kids playing there reaches up to 10).
