Went to Ocean Adventure last dec. 30 and i only got the time to post it now. me and my friends meet up at kfc buendia on the evening of dec 29 and the initial plan was to stay at subic but decided to sleep over instead at zambales (my bestfriend's inlaws house) hehehehe kapal namin noh, good thing emil and his parents were okay and accepted us even though we arrived at their place at around 9pm already i think. and we stayed up late playing tong its of course!!! hehehehe slept at around 2am then woke up at around 8am to go to subic and the plan was to go visit zoobic safari and ocean adventure. but we're kinda late already and arrived at subic by lunchtime so we had lunch first at gerry's grill. We had my favorite chicharon bulaklak, boneless bangus, nilagang bulalo, fried chicken and fries, sizzling gambas, and ampalaya with beef. and we cant miss the photo opp at the back of gerry's grill is the beach, gosh we wanted to swim but we didnt bring swimwear so we just proceed on picture taking galore lol. after dinner we went to royal and buy some chocolates for pasalubong then proceed to ocean adventure. ocean adventure is located at Camayan Wharf, West Ilanin Forest Area, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, in Olongapo City, you'll pass subic airport and it's i think at the end of the road. entrance fee is 450 pesos for adults and 370 pesos for babies and seniors and it is open from 9am to 6pm. they have schedules of the dolphin show and sea lion show but we arrived at around 4 and the show will start by 430 so we proceed and check out discovery aquarium first, a few tanks of different sea creatures but i still like manila ocean park. we then proceed to El Capitan Stadium to watch the dolphin show, too bad we didnt realize that its a free seating and first come first serve to the best seat and vantage point so we got to seat at the far end but still managed to see the spectacular dolphin show which lasted for about 30minutes. we watched the dolphin show while munching on popcorns and halo halo :) there's a meet and greet the dolphin photo opp with the dolphins but we didn't stay and queue in the line since the sea lion show will start in 30minutes and we already know that we have to be at the theater early to get the best seat, so we proceed to nautilus theater and waited there with the best seat *grin* here's some dolphin show videos that i have taken...
pictures of the sea lion show, dang those creatures are intelligent! :) for more pictures of ocean adventure please click here
we started heading home after the show which was 6pm already and isntead of going home we decided to sleep at nessli's house in bataan and spend the night there playing tong its again :) then left at past 8am the next day since we didnt want to be in the streets before people went crazy with their fire crackers to celebrate new year :)
meet chips (club of happy, intelligent, and pretty student) LOL guess y'all already know our barkada's name was conceptualized during our school days. OMG 10 years na kami graduate!!! shucks ang edad! hahaha
too bad two of our friends weren't there so the chips reunion aint really complete. but heniways we had fun! gutom na pero smiles pa rin!!! wolfing down food in betwwen endless laughter and conversation (hahahaha mga PG pa rin! as in patay gutom) nothing's changed! ate at MOA's san miguel by the bay area at moms and dads restaurant to be exact, kinda like dampa style where you buy fresh seafood and have them cook it for you. more photos here
stayed up till 2 in the morning at a bo's coffee and we only had to go home cause MOA putthe lights out already hehehe. non stop kwentuhan and catching up, talking and retelling stories during our college days and still laughing at the same old jokes and stories we've heard and recounted many times before! i dunno but we never ceased to laugh at ourselves when we look back at those times. dang are we getting old? LOL nah we're forever young!

Had dinner at Mann Hann, MOA last night with my friends. My first time to try out this restaurant and i wasn't disappointed, they serve good food and it is inexpensive. The servings are good for 2 - 3 person, drinks are reasonably price as well.
Mann Hann menu
Mannang's Fried Rice - Php 170.00 (This is delicious, you can choose if you want pork or beef fried rice, we chose pork)
Beef Broccoli Flower - Php 220.00 (The meat is tender but i didnt really liked it because the broccoli taste is so strong, ugh i dont eat veggies noh hehehehe but my bestfriend wolfed down all the broccoli yikes LOL)
Steamed Fish Fillet - Php 205.00 (I love it!!! You should try this when you get a cahnce to eat at Mann Hann)
Spicy Spareribs - Php 205.00 (i guess it's ok, but i would prefer if it's really spicy)
Hakaw - Php 90.00 (I'm the only one who ate this, i've been craving for this and i prefer this over the usual dumplings because hakaw have full shrimp inside)
Complimentary Soup - Free hehehe (In fairness masarap sya, hindi lasang medyas!)

my friend and i went out last tuesday night to celebrate our friend's birthday and che was lusting over teriyaki boy so we had our dinner with this cross eyed boy. im not really into japanese cuisine and sushis are a big no no for me but i think im turning japaneshia LOL my friend che, waiting to be eaten by the cute shrimp just for kicks we ordered california maki, its only my 2nd time to eat this stuff and i cant believe that its been a year since i last tasted this california maki. i have always been pressured by friends and colleagues to try this maki that and maki this but i just really cant eat raw fish and vegetables, and whenever i tried to eat california maki before i always spit it out because most japanese food joints include cucumber/pipino in it. dutch why i liked or i was able to enjoy teriyaki boy's california maki, it only have ripe mango and crab, no veggies just the way i like it aha. and i ordered the usual stuff, told yah im not into japanese foods! i only order katsudon or ebi tempura whenever i do eat japanese food after having dinner we had a couple of san mig light at pier one... we do really sometimes feel guilty drinking at this place, we like stay there till the wee hours and our bill is so mura, as in always. so if you like to get drunk go to pier one for cheap alcohol intake :)
